One of captain Gene's biggest passions is fishing for Striped Bass. He really enjoys taking new anglers out on the water and watching them fall in love with Striped Bass fishing as well!

Captain Eugene was born close to the water. Ever since he was a kid, his father and grandfather have always brought him out to fish and this is where he started to develop his deep passion for this sport. He has always looked forward to improving his angling skills over the years and eventually it has progressed and motivated him to get a license to pursue massive Tuna fishing. During his younger years, about 20s or 30s he became an avid offshore tournament angler. He has participated in various competitions and has experienced a lot in fishing which in turn, he is now sharing with his guests.

Now that he is older and has become a full-time professional guide, he takes it easy and is enjoying what he truly loves to do—guiding charters, teaching aspiring anglers, motivating newbies to develop the same passion as he has for the sport, and most especially taking them out on the fun and educational charters that they will forever remember!

He keeps his boat well-maintained and clean as he believes that this is one of things that gives a big impact to his guest’s overall experience. Aside from keeping the ride neat, he makes sure that top-notch marine electronics, and safety gear are installed with features such as flybridge, outriggers, ice box, a live bait well, bed, refrigerator, and kitchen which makes this boat the ideal vessel for your next big adventure.
